Jysk Energi A.M.B.A. is an energy and infrastructure company where Jysk Energi A/S sells electricity to businesses and private customers. The company also operates Jysk Energi fiber, Greenbow and NOE, which respectively expand fiber network, charging network and power grid infrastructure.

Jysk Energi A/S CRM system is critical as a core system for customer data and sales processes. We helped them migrate from a legacy Dynamics on-premise system (which was End-of-Life) to a cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365. At the same time, the architecture was modernized, integrations established and business processes adapted with improved reporting and pipeline management.

The new system future-proofs the CRM solution as "evergreen SaaS" with a central integration platform in Microsoft Azure that supports contemporary IT architecture.

The integration platform strengthens security and creates better management of current and future integrations that can be built quickly, while the cloud environment updates automatically in contrast to the previous on-premise solution.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is AI-ready in that you can work with AI directly in the system - with full control over which data AI uses.

Jysk Energi is now live on Microsoft Dynamics 365 utilizing the Microsoft Azure integration platform and has a solution that is AI-ready and prepared for future integrations with improved robustness in the core system


About Jysk Energi

Jysk Energi is a consumer-owned energy corporation headquartered in Holstebro, which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2023. Previously the name was NOE, but the corporation changed it in 2013. However, the company has always been a cooperative, operated according to classic West Jutland values.

Jysk Energi has played a significant role in the development of society in the western part of Denmark. The corporation's activities are centered around the business areas: Power distribution, energy sales, fiber network and technical services and maintenance within electrical infrastructure.
